Mom and dad took us to the Bahamas in early April for a great week of sun and fun with our cousins, the Capitanis, and with Pops and Neen. A typical day involved going to one of several favorite beaches. There is one out in front of the house that is on the ocean-side, where the waves are fun to play in and the sand is perfect for building sand castles and tunnels. Our other favorite beach was on the bay side of the island where it was a bit calmer and you could wade out a bit and look for neat shells and things in the water. During the week, we went for a sunset cruise, went fishing, and pretty much hung out, beach style.
